Job Description:
Restaurant and Event Operations Manager for high profile venue in West London GBP30k plus bonus I am looking for a fresh, energetic, service driven Manager for a very high profile venue in West London. The successful person will look after a busy Restaurant, Bar and Event Operation (Corporate and Private including Weddings). The events business alone contributes GBP1.5m to the total turnover. This is a seven-day operation and therefore requires someone who can work a variety of days and hours (evenings and weekends are part of the role) If you are a driven professional ready for a new challenge, this could be for you! The role would focus on: • A busy casual but high quality restaurant and bar • A year round event business - planning and operations • Client relationships - fantastic, high profile and expectant! • Service delivery and standards • Leading and managing a team of 5-10 If you are an articulate individual with exceptional personal presentation standards, this could be for you.
