They work in partnership with governments, public sector organisations, private sector companies, voluntary and community groups to deliver a range of front line public services, including employment and welfare, training, education and money and legal advice.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Relationship Manager to join them where you will liaise directly with third party provisions, focusing mainly on developing employer relationships. This is a permanent full time position covering the North West, from Manchester across to Liverpool and up to Carlisle.

Working closely with training engagement officers to ensure good quality referrals are sent to meet employer needs, you will understand the current labour market needs and support local business growth and engagement. Relaying information to the regional manager to ensure job focussed and skill led delivery is at the heart of the academy, you will market and sell our portfolio of products within your region, whilst identifying and engaging employers and building strong working relationships.

They are looking for someone who has a Level 3 IAG Qualification, or working towards Safeguarding Training. With local knowledge of LEP strategic development plan and previous experience in an engagement role, or in Marketing or Sales, you will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills. A teaching/training qualification is desirable but not essential – what is more important is that you are organised and confident, with the ability to manage your time well.
