This growing and dynamic organisation have a reputation as 'measurement partners' for major organisations including Diageo, BP, Babcock, Nestle, Shell and Ineos to name a few. They have several long standing partnerships with world class manufacturers and are renowned for providing high quality measurement solutions throughout the UK in industry sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Chemical and Food & Beverage. They manage major projects supplying instrumentation packages to blue chip customers.
To drive sales and technical expertise they are looking to recruit a highly motivated graduate to join their external sales team in order to provide the best service and solution support to customers. They require someone with self-confidence, who is looking to grow in a fast paced and progressive organisation. This is a fabulous opportunity for a recent graduate to develop a career in technical sales within this growing organisation.
Overall this role will include:
- Learning the practical nature of instrumentation solutions and how they affect customers.
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generating new customers.
- Solving complex measurement problems.
- Providing engineering solutions.
- Contributing to the overall engineering team to help the company grow and develop.
- Reviewing and developing sales leads from enquiries.
Ideally you will be:
- A recent graduate with an HND and/or Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Outgoing and ambitious
- Knowledgeable in basic engineering/instrumentation
- Communicative - ability to influence people
- Disciplined - with a winning mentality.
- Dynamic - ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities.
- Motivated - driven to succeed in their chosen career
- Able to integrate and add value to a successful team in a dynamic environment
Full training will be provided both on the job and at partner factories. This role attracts a salary plus incentive scheme along with company car and contributory pension.
