Hours (and Fixed Term if Applicable): 37 hours per week, Fixed Term until August 2017

This is a great time to join our Client as they continue to grow and build on our recent successes. As part of their growth they have recently been awarded additional funding through Talent Match – Big Lottery Fund.

The Talent Match programs target young people who are not in the jobs market, including young people who are outside of the benefits, work and training system and facing severe barriers to gaining the skills they need to get into work. Talent Match boosts the opportunities these young people encounter by bringing together partnerships of employers and education providers.

They are seeking to recruit a Youth Coach to investigate new placement opportunities for learners on the Talent Match program. You will be required to contribute in supporting students by maintaining and recording communications with learners and the workplace supervisor.

The role will require the successful candidate to update and maintain electronic records, therefore you will be required be IT literate with an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
