Sales Administrator
Our client is an industrial electrical wholesaler based in Rochdale, they also have a large online presence selling LED lighting directly to the general public.
They are looking for 2 new sales administrators to join our clients busy sales team on a permanent basis. The successful candidates will be dealing with customers over the phone, via email and face to face.
You will need to be hard working, motivated and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Being IT literate is also necessary for this role. You will need to be flexible in your work and keen to learn new skills.
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Dealing with customers enquiries (telephone and email) in a timely and precise manor.
• Serving customers on the trade counter.
• Processing ecommerce orders.
• Picking orders in the warehouse ready for dispatch.
GCSE's A* - C in Maths and English are required.
Full training will be given but experience in customer service / telesales is preferred.
Working hours will be 8AM till 5PM Monday to Thursday and 8AM till 4PM on Friday.
Salary dependant on experience and suitability.
Closing date for these roles will be 30th September.
