Training 2000 is a charitable trust set up by a consortium of Lancashire businesses and is now one of the largest Group Training Associations in England, with nearly 50 years' experience of delivering high quality work-based learning and training programmes to industry and individuals. We have grown to more than 250 staff and 11 centres across the North West and other areas of the UK, working with national employers across a wide range of sectors, whilst maintaining local support.
A vacancy has arisen for a Graduate Development Consultant which will be based at the Rolls-Royce site in Derby.
About the Role:
The Graduate Development Team are responsible for implementing the Company graduate development strategy and policy. This is delivered by a highly focused, customer facing team, which reports to the company’s Graduate Development Manager.
You will support the delivery of global development frameworks for Company Graduate and intern trainees.
You will plan training and development programmes with trainees, taking individual, professional bodies and business requirements into account and ensuring trainees complete programmes effectively and to the satisfaction of programme owners.
You will also provide appropriate career development coaching and counselling to trainees whilst on programme.
Requirements:
Possession of a qualification at a minimum of degree level.
Experience of coaching and mentoring, preferably graduates, or people in general.
