Full-time, 30 hours per week – must work Friday
Our client is a registered charity and registered provider of affordable homes for those in housing need. They own and manage 5,000 properties primarily in the north of Norfolk which provide homes to over 10,000 residents.
Tenancy Support Officer – Role Overview
Our client is currently looking for a Tenancy Support Officer to provide an excellent, customer focused, service and provide effective tenancy related support to customers to enable them to sustain their tenancies and live independently.
The role involves working in partnership with the wider Operations Team and external agencies in addressing tenants’ needs to achieve delivery of an effective, holistic and customer focused Tenancy Support service.
Essentials
- You will have practical experience in a similar role, either within housing or a related field, and a track record of success supporting vulnerable individuals and families
- A good working knowledge of the Welfare Benefit system is essential along with an understanding of Housing Policy
- Car user role as considerable travel is required. Applicants require a full clean driving licence and access to their own transport.
