Mortgage Administrator

Based near Basingstoke, our client is part of a group of companies which has been providing holistic independent financial advice to their clients for over 13 years. You will be required to work closely with all members of the team, providing help and support for clients. Your duties will include: ??? Ensuring the smooth progression of clients??? applications ??? for mortgage and related products ??? Building excellent working relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors, etc. ??? Maintaining clients??? files to regulatory standard ??? General administration duties: filing, photocopying, typing letters, etc. Our client would prefer you to have previous mortgage administration experience and/or current mortgage qualifications but this is not essential. As well as displaying flexibility and a ???can-do??? outlook, you will need to be organised, articulate, and have great attention to detail. You should be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and ideally have a working knowledge of industry-related software. As a key point of contact for clients, you will be comfortable in delivering exemplary customer service in a compliant and clearly defined role.
