This private owned alarm installation company is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Processing engineers paperwork on their bespoke software
- Dealing with filing
- Photocopying
- Sorting the office post
- Maintain all paper and electronic files in an orderly and retrievable manner
- Good telephone manner, accuracy and attention to detail are essential along with a pro-active team work approach
- Preparation and processing of all new client forms
- Arranging/receiving deliveries
- Greeting guests and making refreshments for meetings
- Arranging appointments with customers
- Ad-Hoc Duties
Key Skills Required:
- Admin Experience
- Experience of MS Excel/Word/Outlook
- Flexible and reliable
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Team Player
- Driven
- Hard working and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills
- Oral and written
- Ability to meet deadline/work within restricted timescales
- Smart and presentable
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
