We have an exciting opportunity for three Performance Analysts in the Business Intelligence Team primarily providing support to Children's Services (social care and education) and Adults Services. We are looking for individuals with experience of information analysis, including the development of relevant processes to combine data from various sources to produce relevant information that is fit for purpose in supporting users to define their business needs.

As a Performance Analyst you will:

• Provide expertise to undertake collection, analysis, interpretation and
presentation of robust and complex performance information including
developing and maintaining systems as appropriate
• Provide advice to the service
• Complete critical regulatory returns to government departments.
• Specify/provide information for projects and bids working with a range of
internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure there is compliance to statutory data requirements and provision of a robust evidence base for managing performance.
