Training and Assessment Facilitator - Business Administration and Cust
Due to the continued growth in Apprentices within the Business Department of The Sheffield College, Sparks Teaching Services, the college's recruitment arm, is recruiting Training and Assessment Facilitators who ideally hold Assessor and IQA qualifications.
Training and Assessment Facilitators must have relevant industrial experience within their specific Apprenticeship area so that they can train and support apprentices in the workplace and draw on their own personal experience to help their learners to succeed.
As part of the Business department's expanding professional team your role will involve: assessing candidates within the work place; monitoring the apprentice's progress; liaising with employers; creating a strong link between the college and the employer and seeking new opportunities for apprenticeships. The Training and Assessment Facilitator role is integral to the success of the apprentice.
The most immediate need for the Business Department is to recruit Training and Assessment Facilitators for both Business Administration and also for Customer Service.
However the department would also be happy to hear from anyone with experience as detailed above to become a Training and Assessment Facilitator in any of the following fields: Management and Leadership, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Retail and Sales.
