About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to join our team in Swindon. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and ambitious leader to oversee CQC registered services. You will be part of an innovative and pioneering team working to provide high quality recovery focused services to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties or their families or carers.



You will have responsibility for CQC registered services providing the Registered Manager role as stipulated in the Care Act 2014 and the CQC Fundamental Standards (introduced in April 2015) and will ensure services deliver and can consistently evidence quality of care which exceeds regulation and the CQC Fundamental Standards.



So as a Registered Manager what do you need to do to make this happen?

Develop high performing teams
Change management including service restructuring
Plan and be responsive to shifting needs
Being solution focused
Maintaining resilience
Drive compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements; whilst striving to achieve the best possible outcomes and internal/external recognition of quality
Actively contributing to the Charity's vision, mission & values
Develop local joint working arrangements with commissioners and other key stakeholders
Develop innovative approaches to delivering quality, engaging and empowering services
Take on an active leadership role - is a visible leader, driving change and performance
Champion innovation and lead the development and integration of new services or the enhancement of existing services
Developing your people - you will have the opportunity to build a talented team to support the development of your services



You will be responsible for all areas of service delivery, including budget management, quality, health and safety and innovation towards service development. The ideal candidate would be an experienced manager with a proven track record of partnership working, people and financial management skills. A Level 5 QCF Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or Level 4 RMA/LMCS is required, as are excellent communication and IT skills.
