We are seeking an Estates Services officer who will be responsible planning, organising, monitoring and reporting on the service delivery of the in-house estates team across a portfolio of communal sites.



This will include day to day supervision and review of a team of 8 operatives, to include all planning of the team's work including additional work for the team to undertake during the reduced Winter rounds visits to include external work and special projects confirmed by the Estates Services Manager



The role will involve comprehensive verbal and written reporting and documentation on all aspects of service level agreement and performance within the team.



The Officer will deal with customer queries and contact and correspondence in respect of this work.



The role also includes inspecting all aspects of Estates work at the designated sites and working with external contractors for ordering of services for bulky waste and clearance and monitoring.



The Officer will work with Estates Service Manager to ensure the team are working within existing budgets whilst providing highest quality customer service including that the team, and contractors, work effectively to deliver services in line with the service specification within the agreed timescales or within the terms of the contracts.



The Officer will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on health and safety compliance for the team at all times.



The Officer will also carry out Ground maintenance work across their patch based teams in line with planning, also covering for absences in teams or special project work.



The key objectives of role are to deliver excellent services to customers covering all aspects of our specification and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. To supervise and develop all members of the Estates team and to monitor health and safety compliance at all times, achieve performance targets including generation of income and appropriate control of costs.
