What the role entails:

*Business development/B2B sales to foster business relationships with new clients
*Selling and negotiating on multiple levels throughout the recruitment process
*Advertising vacancies, processing applications and shortlisting candidates
*Co-ordinating and managing the recruitment process on behalf of clients and candidates

What we require from our Trainee Recruitment Consultants:

*Bachelor's degree (any discipline) and/or previous experience in a sales role
*Can speak native or fluent Polish
*Resilience, perseverance and a positive attitude
*A strong work ethic and drive to go the extra mile
*A desire to succeed in a competitive environment and reap the rewards
