The Role
• Business to business development servicing current and new client relationships
• Pro-active candidate resourcing for top I.T talent via various channels (adverts, job boards, database registration, social media, headhunting, network referrals etc)
• Full process management - shortlisting, interview set up, placement, aftercare.
• Selling and negotiating on multiple levels to professionally match make both parties * Average on target earnings: year 1 (GBP40,000),year 2(GBP60,000), year 3 (GBP80,000 +)
The Package
• Competitive starting base salary of GBP16,000 - 20,000 per annum rising every promotion
• Uncapped commission scheme to fast-track your finances (GBP40k O.T.E Year 1)
• Structured in-house training teaching you the A-Z of recruitment step by step to succeed

The requirements
• Bachelor's degree / previous sales or phone-based experience beneficial
• Complete fluency in written and spoken German / Austrian / Swiss German
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Confident, convincing, professional telephone manner
This vacancy is full-time, fluent German-speaking, permanent role based in London, UK.
