Our client is located in a pretty traditional and old fashioned building nestled in the heart of a pretty village near Maidenhead in Berkshire.
The ambiance is that of a local village pub, offering you a warm welcome, exceptional, friendly service and outstanding food. The style is One Michelin * Gastro Pub/Restaurant. The restaurant menu offers a combination of traditional seasonal cuisine and historic British dishes with something of a twist, all designed by an owner with a quest for excellence in taste and flavour is combined with respect and love of fresh seasonal produce.
Do you want to join our team of highly skilled chefs helping to produce food of the highest quality to customers from all over the world? Do you have a serious passion for food and its presentation? Can you work under pressure while ensuring various sections run smoothly and efficiently, and maintain health and hygiene standards?
This is a really rewarding position training in to Michelin level cuisine. The basic salary is GBP21500pa with a service charge of approx GBP3k per annum. Full time, permanent position.
