1 x Demi Chef de Partie - Gastro Dining
Turnover in this venue is low mainly due to the opportunity they offer and it is rare that roles come up. Recruiting now due to expansion and business development as we head in to the 2015 golf season. These positions are permanent and full time.
We will also consider applications from experienced chefs for other senior positions and are always interested to see applications on a speculative basis. We are able to offer fine dining in an exclusive environment with numerous outlets each with a different style from casual dining to exclusive rosette. Ideally we are looking for people from a variety of kitchen backgrounds the common theme is an attitude of excellence, progression and someone who would be willing to work in both commercial operations and able to adapt to our Fine Dining style.
