Chef de Partie Brasserie Peterborough Cambridgeshire upto 16K Plus Tips
Chef de Partie required for this small City Centre Brasserie serving fantastic food from all fresh ingredients.
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie who has previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients and has ideally trained to at least NVQ level 2 although this is not essential if you can demonstrate good cooking skills and you have the right attitude to improve and be developed.
All menu items are fresh, seasonal with menus changing on a frequent basis. The Head Chef likes good looking plates of food created from top ingredients, presented well and packed full of flavour.
There is no Live in available so the position would ideally suit anyone living in the Peterborough, Stamford, Spalding or Possibly Huntingdon area with their own transport
