Our European marketing team are seeking a Marketing Manager for the UK & Ireland region. Based from our Leicester office, this role is responsible for translating the wider European strategic initiatives designed by your marketing colleagues across the SMB and Corporate sectors and adapting and delivering them to your local stakeholders within the UK and Ireland in partnership with your counterpart Marketing Manager. This role is for an inquisitive, analytical, yet action-oriented marketing professional, with a focus on providing excellent internal and external customer service. Although you will not be responsible for the design and development of a seasonal marketing calendar, you will be expected to proactively identify local initiatives relevant to your stakeholder group to discuss with you peers in the marketing department for delivery in your geography. This role will suit a marketing professional from a corporate European or international background, ideally with previous experience of supporting a corporate/ territory sales force in the past. The ideal candidate will consider budget and profitability in their decision-making process and have a strong understanding of their local market in order to assess and adapt initiatives accordingly. Please note, to be suitable for this role, you must hold a full driving license and be prepared to travel up to 10% between our UK sites, with occasional trips abroad to our other European sites. Develop marketing campaigns specific to local requirements. Monitor the effectiveness and report on progress and results to ensure campaigns are as effective as possible. Responsibilities: Leadership for execution of marketing campaigns to support sales specific to your Region Develop an operational plan and budget for the appointed customer segments, channels and categories, and, after approval and in line with the campaign strategy, ensure the implementation Translate the marketing year plan into a detailed campaign planning broke
