Because our client believe people buy into people, no experience is necessary. Excellent communication skills however are a must. They offer full client training with excellent sales and customer service coaching to the applicants that are successful. However previous experience in a phone shop, bartending, hospitality or retail would be beneficial.

Your role in the company will be very hands on, both practical and theoretical. All levels of education will be considered but applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to client requirements. You will be working on both an independent and team basis. Our client recommend a strong work ethic and good time management skills. Smart dress and confident communication skills are also essential as they meet with customers face to face. Our routes to market are residential, B2B and events. Roles are based in Birmingham and surrounding areas. They cannot accept Tier 4 student visas and they do not offer sponsorship.
