Alphabet is continually evolving, with ambitions for growth that requires our proactive Marketing team to help meet and support these exciting challenges. You will play a pivotal part in our success by motivating, coaching and developing a small team as well as delivering all round marketing expertise to the business.
 
By working closely with the Sales and Account Management teams, you will help to ensure we are delivering what customers are asking for. The role covers the full marketing mix and the Marketing team is responsible for a wide range of activities: corporate events and hospitality; exhibitions; the corporate website; advertising (predominantly online); lead generation; campaigns; communicating offers; customer communications; new product launches and product marketing. You will also ensure that our creative and print agencies are managed and motivated to inspire them to deliver us superb levels of creativity and service.
 
The individual:

• Proven experience of delivering successful marketing expertise and team leadership in a Marketing environment, ideally within a service based industry and encompassing the full marketing mix Inspirational leader; able to manage, motivate and develop people to derive collective and personal success Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service with a demonstrable track record of sustained customer service innovation and success against targets Outstanding influencing and negotiation skills; able to work collaboratively with a diverse audience to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Effective, proactive communicator with the ability to deliver commercial and operational messages and influence stakeholders drawn from a wide audience Self-motivated and self-managing with an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as a fanatical level of attention to detail
