Recruitment Consultant - Office & Field Based Recruiter – Healthcare
This is a newly created role and a superb opportunity to join 247 professional Health and lead our recruiting for Nurses, carers and support workers. We offer an excellent salary, Quarterly bonus & a travel expenses package. Plus excellent career oppotunities

The Role:
- Based both in the field and in our Wolverhampton office.
- Together with our Recruitment team deliver the people plan ensuring our recruitment needs are met and support our client's needs.
- Build strong relationships with organisations both public & private sector
- Book and plan interview sessions in various locations across West Midlands, Shropshire & Worcestershire.
- Ensure all correct documentation is in place
- Develop stronger links with key organisations that can support our People Plan.
About You
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
- Ideally you will be from a care or recruitment background.
- Experienced at interviewing candidates ideal but not essential.
- Ability to present to larger groups – Confident & assured person
- Excellent networking abilities
- Very organised with strong time management skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with people all levels
- Plenty of drive and ambition
- Knowledge of the Healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential.
