Event Delivery Managers are part of our customer-facing ops team, responsible for the delivery of experimental photography products & photo booths and to their clients' events & activations.

You'll be part of a company that understand that events & marketing activations only happen once, there's no margin for error and so you'll need to have a meticulous eye for detail. You'll also need to be able to prioritise, make quick decisions about the best way to achieve your aims and be competent in solving problems which inevitably arise in the fast-paced events industry.

- Where applicable, ensuring that a thorough handover to hosts is completed.
- Reporting of faults to warehouse manager.
- Following method statements, other healthy & safety policies and other instructions thoroughly .
- Exceeding client's expectations wherever possible, delivering a high level of customer care.

From time to time, you may also be required to work in a customer-facing role at events. In which case your responsibilities will be extended to include:

- Understanding their client's briefs; including wants, needs, aims & objectives.
- Ensuring kit is consistently presented in the way it's advertised.
- Informing prospective clients how they might be able to help them and how they can get in touch.

The right candidate will:

- Take pride in their appearance and come smartly presented.
- Have a professional, engaging & friendly manner (both on the phone and in person).
- Be a good navigator with full UK driving licence and at least 2 years experience. You'll also ideally need some experience driving a small van or be confident and willing to do so.
- Have some technical understanding of the way our kit works. Training will be provided though the right candidate is expected to be able to competently use a computer, camera, printer and diagnose basic issues quickly.
- Be willing and able to manage deliveries to events taking place in and around Central London and often further afield.
- Have at least some experience in working in a customer-facing role.
- Be flexible and accept that the events industry often requires us to work outside normal office hours and at weekends.
- Have the ability to efficiently solve problems which suit the interests of the client and the company.
