Business Development Manager
Salary - Commensurate with the importance of this position will be paid; including performance related bonuses. (30 hours per week)
You will have an innovative approach to income generation and focus on securing income through all available streams including sponsorship, successful bid and tender writing and fundraising.
A key responsibility will be the recruitment and management of volunteers who will enhance the organisation and also assist with fundraising, create new initiatives which will raise the profile of Age Concern Stourbridge & Halesowen.
You will be a confident manager, manage a busy workload and be able to secure financial targets and work closely with Centre Managers.
