Warehouse Supervisor

Currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join the distribution team at their site in Peterborough.

The successful warehouse supervisor duties will include:

- Directly reporting to the Operations Manager
- Managing and maintaining all records including manifesting, stock taking, time sheets, KPIs, staff absences and overtime
- Managing a team of 15+ employees throughout all operations in the warehouse from goods in to goods out and stock location & control
- Review daily performance of your team ensuring all departmental targets, KPIs and deliveries are achieved
- Maintaining records, document information and ensuring operational reports are up to date.
- Motivation and development of staff through coaching and training

Profile

The successful warehouse supervisor must have:

- Worked in a muti-channel operation
- Proven track record of leading a team from the front
- Process driven
- Proven track record of being a warehouse supervisor
- Relevant FLT licences

Job Offer

This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary. The successful applicant must be able to work both of the following shifts, 6am- 2pm and 2pm- 10pm
