Job title: Employment Coach

Location: Two positions available, 1. based in Maidenhead covering East Berkshire and 2. based in Maidenhead covering Maidenhead and Windsor

Salary: GBP17,150 - GBP18,990 FTE depending on experience and level of responsibility taken on

Working hours: Permanent, 30 hours per week and another contract for 37 hours per week.



We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an excellent service that provides support for disabled or disadvantaged individuals to get them into paid employment. They are currently working in partnership with Elevate Berkshire and are looking for positive team members to join their team.



You will be working with young people who have a range of disabilities helping them to gain employment. So, if you are creative, confident, dedicated and prepared to go the extra mile to support individuals and employers with a range of creative recruitment opportunities,you could be just who we are looking for!



The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be comfortable working autonomously and have the drive to make a real difference. Experience within recruitment, sales, support or customer services would work well although, we are willing to see applications from all backgrounds.
