Street Scene has been delivering significant improvements in standards of grounds maintenance and street cleansing across Tamworth; with modern efficient working practises, we have developed a multi skilled workforce that delivers an integrated service. We are seeking a committed individual to contribute to the service and further improve the local environmental quality within Tamworth.
In this key management role you will need to motivate, lead, and provide direct operational management for all staff within the Street Care Team.
Your remit will vary from collating and disseminating performance management data to managing the vehicle fleet contract and coordinating performance appraisals.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with proven report writing, presentation and negotiation skills, ideally with two years management experience within an operational service orientated environment; confident at preparing and managing budgets, you will also have to lead change and drive service improvements.
