To be a successful Manager at The Stable you will need the following experience and abilities:
High level of financial understanding - rota, stock control and cash handling
Personal license holder an advantage
At least 2 years experience in hospitality Management
Running efficient and fun shifts
Motivational skills - training, development and building inspired teams
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Demonstrate exceptional levels of communication & Organisational skills

About us! Since the opening of the first Stable in Bridport, Dorset in 2009, our restaurant has grown from strength to strength, inspiring cider drinkers far and wide. Turns out we do amazing pizzas too - so we stick with what we know and concentrate on the finer things in life: food, drink and top notch customer service.
Our second Stable opened in Weymouth in 2012 and it was only a matter of time before the Stable love spread further afield. We now have a large bustling restaurant on Bristol's Harbourside, a snug Stable in a historic site in Bath, one on beautiful Poole quay over looking Sunseekers and fishing boats, and two restaurants in Cornwall. This past Christmas saw the opening of our three most recent sites, Birmingham, Cardiff and Cheltenham, we also have reached London with Kew and Whitechapel!
As you can see we choose our locations carefully, seeking out the most fantastic buildings in stunning locations. We are equally as careful and choosy when it comes to selecting our team. We want motivated, helpful and energetic individuals who love working in hospitality and love the idea of working for a forward thinking exciting young company with big ambitions.
