My client is one of the market leaders in the health and fitness industry, they are currently looking for an experienced sales consultant to join the team in one of their leisure facilities in Wembley.
You must have experience and the drive for hitting sales targets, and the ability to work on your own whilst being part of a young, energetic team. You will be tasked with ensuring the club is profitable through running localised sales campaigns and growing your own customer database through effective lead generation and marketing strategies. To get offered the job you'll have to be passionate about health and fitness and sport in general, and someone who'll thrive working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
We want ambitious candidates who will put in the hours and the work needed to hit target. You will need to be great on the phone and have a natural ability to build rapport and personalise the benefits of joining for each and every member focusing on their individual needs and goals. You'll be explaining all about the different fitness equipment and innovations, the huge range of fitness classes and all other facilities that can help them achieve their goals.
As well as a competitive basic salary and a very good OTE, my client offer great progression through the company, with most of their managers coming from sales roles just like this. There will be occasional weekend work when necessary, but predominantly this is a Monday to Friday role, but by no means is it a 9-5 role. If you feel you have the right experience and hunger for this role, as well as the desire to earn great commission, then this opportunity is definitely for you.
