Drysuit Sales and customer service manager

An exciting opportunity to join the leading UK Dive brand for someone with a detailed knowledge and understanding of diving drysuits and a passion for customer care and service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service relating to drysuits, working with distributors, dealers and end-users, on all aspects, from service and repairs to the sale of suits in the recreational, commercial and emergency service markets.

They will need to understand the design and function of diving drysuits and will manage the critical path of all service requests from receipt to completion and will handle technical questions from customers, dealers and distributors and liaise with in house sales and servicing teams to ensure efficient customer service. 

They will be organised and efficient and will be part of a team responsible for the development bespoke customer management systems to allow implementation of full service repairs, and be proactive in initiating follow up, selling servicing contracts, as well as being responsive to emergent situations. Experience of using CRM software/systems is an advantage.

They will need to be an effective team player working within a small team and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a proven background in customer service and sales.

Considerable experience of drysuit diving is essential; ideally in UK/temperate waters.  Knowledge of, and experience in repairing drysuits is desirable.

A portable stakeholder pension scheme is available. Salary: £19,000 - 26,000 plus benefits, depending upon experience.
