Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineer to join the management team of our rapidly expanding metal-finishing company. Our processes are typically used to improve / restore the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

Your primary responsibility shall be to develop and manage the company site-services team. The periods between site contracts/projects will be spent at our offices in Hyde where you will assist in the day-to-day running of the business - with emphasis on developing our processes and staff.

Accountabilities:

• Leading and motivating the Site Services team
• Driving the Health and Safety
• Play a key role in our Continuous Improvement ethos
• As part of the Management team, contribute to the running of the Company as a whole

Skills / Experience:

• Ideally time served engineer
• You shall have a proven track-record
• You will have a working knowledge of pumps, pipework systems
• You will have had previous experience of working on operational sites (pharmaceutical, petro-chem, nuclear, etc.)

Remuneration:
Salary from £30-40k depending on experience, Company car, phone, lap-top usual tools.
