Deputy Network Manager
- 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
- Surrey Grade 8 depending on experience £27,066 - £32,175 per annum
The Bourne Education Trust, a Surrey based multi academy trust, is inviting applications for the role of Deputy Network Manager for The Matthew Arnold School, a secondary school within the trust.
We are looking for a Deputy Network Manager to join our hard working and forward thinking ICT Support team. You will have a high level of IT literacy, excellent communication skills and be conversant with Windows 7, Server 2012 R2, Mac OS X and typical productivity software packages, as well as having the desire to enhance the learning experience of students through the implementation of great IT facilities.
Main duties will include providing first line support to users, maintaining the school’s client device provision, managing classroom IT infrastructure and assisting with hardware and software installations, upgrades and maintenance.
To have success in this role you will be highly motivated, be able to work in a close knit team, thrive under pressure and relish a challenge.
Excellent communication skills will be vital for liaising with teachers and pupils who need workable solutions which assist them on a daily basis.
