SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you looking for a full time Teaching Assistant position in Exeter with an immediate start?

I am currently seeking a strong, confident and experienced teaching assistant to work within a secure unit based in Exeter. This is a full time, Monday - Friday, ongoing position to start immediately with a daily pay rate of between £70-£90. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting and working with extremely vulnerable young people aged between 13-17 years old in small mixed classes.

Experience in working with teenagers who have EBD is essential for this position, or previous experience as a Youth Worker would also be an advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an extremely supportive environment and to make a real positive impact of students lives which as a result, is very rewarding.

Requirements:
- Flexibility in supporting lessons such as English, Maths, Art and PE is an advantage
- To be adaptable, engaging and reliable
- The ability to show real passion in helping and supporting young vulnerable people with EBD
