The Company:
Our client is a well-established company with international operations
 
Main duties:
To be in charge of the day-to-day Credit Control activities

The Role:
- To ensure the company maintains a strict credit policy
- To chase all outstanding debts and take appropriate action
- To reconcile assigned customer accounts
- To prepare monthly reports to presen to directors at meetings
- To liaise with Sales and Customer Service departments on credit issues
- To obtain and review financial data to establish customer credit limits
- Daily contact with customers to resolve credit issues
- To regularly update customer database to keep a tight record of outstanding payments and agreed resolutions

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Previous accounting experience - IDEAL
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good IT skills (Excel)

The Salary:
Up to £27,000 p.a. + quarterly bonus + benefits
