Recovery Focus is a new group of expert charities with the shared aim to inspire individual recovery nationwide. Between us we have a track record of more than 200 years of developing and running personalised services that work with people with mental health, substance misuse and other complex needs to achieve their ambitions. Each partner organisation has its own rich history of success, but together we believe we can lead the way in evidence-based recovery pathways that we can tailor to meet local and individual needs.

Right now, one of our partners, Richmond Fellowship, are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide vital administrative support to a busy team. We’re a specialist mental health service providing tailored support for people dealing with mental health problems or substance misuse issues. We provide one-to-one support, helping people to identify their own goals to empower them to achieve a better, more meaningful lifestyle via their chosen recovery journey. But, it’s only possible with the help of people like you.

Your role as Administrator will include:

  • Manage the administrative support needs of the Head of ICT as required
  • Answering telephone calls and assist with queries; take messages and transfer to relevant staff
  • Manage the ICT Mailbox and assign requests to relevant ICT support staff
  • Place orders for new equipment and mobile phones as required
  • Prepare and code all ICT related invoices for Finance Department.

To join us as Administrator you will need proven administrative experience (which you must evidence in your application), as well as the ability to maintain office systems and procedures. You’ll need to be a good communicator, with lots of initiative and the ability to manage your own workload.
