The company client is a tier-1 growing financial services organization who is experiencing significant global growth and success. The firm is investing heavily in marketing and they are currently seeking to hire a driven and articulate Senior Marketing Operations Manager for their office based in London. The new role holder will join the rapidly expanding marketing team with a remit of improving online and offline marketing, content and publishing processes globally, contributing fresh ideas and methods of working.

The main purpose of the job and duties performed include:

* Oversight and improvement of marketing and content processes across multiple user groups including sales, RFP team, client reporting, digital, marketing and legal
* Employ approaches and techniques that help to bring innovative thinking when seeking to understand the overall process, align to real user needs and solving complex organizational challenges.
* Managing and collaborating with multiple vendors across the globe to streamline working practices, finding efficiencies and ensuring we are getting maximum value out of our partnerships. Create a culture and process of accountability to ensure consistent and timely delivery of services.
* Developing an understanding of the end to end process for content production on the web, email and other digital channels.
* Reviewing process and project workflows to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
* Working closely with the product and marketing teams to identify gaps and pain points in the process of development, prioritization and distribution of collateral for new products, new markets and new asset classes.

Skills and experience required for this position:

* Experience with process analysis and change implementation.
* Proven track record of running innovative and "test and learn" approaches to process improvement.
* We embrace Design Thinking as a structured approach to understanding user needs and solving challenges in new and innovative ways. Whilst it's not a mandatory requirement to have experience as a Design Thinking practitioner, familiarity with the process and associated techniques will be beneficial.
* Experience in data capture to drive measurement and process improvement.
* Institutional and intermediary content development and distribution with a focus is on the operational elements.
* Experience in successful multi-vendor, globally implemented translation process governance.
* Experience in style guide management and effective implementation throughout global organization.
* Exceptional presentational, interpersonal and communication skills.
