Sales Assistant, Part time & Full time positions available - Mansfield Do you take pride in delivering excellent customer service and are looking for an opportunity where you can work autonomously? Here at Photo Me Retail, we are looking for full and part time Sales Assistants to join our team based in Mansfield. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 7.44 - 8.45 per hour plus benefits. Photo Me Retail is part of the Photo-Me International Group, a market leader with a successful track record stretching back over 50 years with subsidiaries in many overseas countries. You'll probably know us for our photo-booths, providing consumers with a convenient, cost-effective source of ID photos compliant with UK Passport and Driving License standards. Responsibilities as our Sales Assistant include: - Possess a friendly personality and be respectful to customers at all times ensuring customer expectations and needs are met to satisfaction. - Treat every customer as an individual, listen to their needs to meet their expectations making a difference to their customer experience. - Able to resolve customer complaints efficiently either by yourself or decide if it is an issue for your manager to deal with. The way in which you handle a complaint could be the reason a customer comes back to shop with us. - Help maximise sales and customer satisfaction by stock replenishment ensuring all products are available and upselling our product range. Ensuring our customers are aware of our promotions by being aware yourself at all time. - Ability to work on own initiative whilst following policies and procedures including copyright and customer confidentiality, as you will often be working alone. - Responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy photo centre at all times. - EPOS - be confident in the use of this system, training will be provided. Part Time Hours: Variable shifts ranging from 12-28 hrs, temporary or permanent, must be available to work late nights until 8pm, bank holidays (if required) and weekend availability.
