Part of this strategy is to further develop our delivered operation, Go Local Direct (GOLD) and provide best in class customer service and to this end we are now looking to recruit within the GOLD operation a Customer Service Representative.

Within this role you will be the key company liaison between GOLD operation at depots and the customers, responding to all customer queries be that product information, delivery questions to information regarding orders via the telephone, inspiring confidence that all these queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

You will also be super proactive in advising customers in advance of any issues with orders but also keeping the customers informed of upcoming deals and offers; providing a fantastic telesales service in actively chasing future sales and orders.

You will have great telephone skills, be extremely organised and thrive on developing solutions to any problems that may arise.  You will also be computer literate, have the ability to build strong working relationships with key contacts at depots and customers alike and be robust to deal confidently with issues.

This is a Monday to Friday role, working 40 hours per week including some evenings to 8pm out of our Head Office in Stockport.
