Woodlands Schools are two independent primary schools located within the Brentwood area. We are seeking an experienced administrator to work Mon, Wed & Fri 10am to 4pm (term time only) to support the Admissions Registrar & Marketing Department based at Hutton Manor and to also provide assistance in the day to day running of our Head Office.

The successful candidate must be proficient in MS applications and possess excellent keyboard skills and 50wpm typing. Previous database experience is essential (knowledge of a school management system would be highly advantageous). Excellent all round communication skills are required along with a smart, presentable appearance.

This position would suit an organised and pro-active individual who is prepared to muck in and work as part of a team. Other pre requisites include the ability to prioritise, able to work to tight deadlines and on your own initiative. Candidates who have previously worked in an administrative capacity within a school environment would be of particular interest.
