Part-Time Community Fundraiser
Our role of Community Fundraiser offers a stimulating and rewarding job in the not-for-profit sector. You will be a part of our country wide network of established professional fundraisers who inspire schools and other community organisations in raising awareness and funds for Lepra. If you area self-motivated individual with a flair for creating new opportunities then this is the role for you!
In Bangladesh, India and Mozambique, last year Lepra's work directly impacted the lives of over 250,000 people and reached a further 1.6 million through health education and awareness raising events. Your work as a Community Fundraiser contributes directly to programmes work out in the field.
On occasion there will be a requirement for an early start to enable you to arrive at the beginning of the school day. Use of your own transportation is essential and expenses are payable.
DBS checks will be carried out on successful candidates.
20 hours per week, term-time only - home based, covering- Bath, Bristol and Somerset
Salary - £8870 per annum (F.T.E. £20,700)
Benefits, Contributory pension scheme, life assurance and 16 days leave per annum plus bank holidays
