This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our busy Shipping Department.

Based just outside Cambridge, working for one of the leading timber agency and trading companies in the UK Timber Industry. The successful candidate will be expected to grow into the role, following extensive training, and form an integral part of a small team.

Although initially Part time, the role could become a full time position. Your duties will primarily be assisting the Shipping Department, providing an efficient and friendly customer service, processing import documentation, invoicing buyers and liaising with / instructing shipping lines, transport companies and customers alike. Some experience in logistics, including stock administration and data entry, would be preferable, along with good numeracy. 

Starting salary is negotiable and dependent on level of qualification and experience. You will work at our head office in Little Abington, just outside Cambridge.
