JOB TITLE: Nurse Practitioner
SALARY & BENEFITS: Band 8 (pro rata), plus access to the NHS Pension Scheme.
WORKING HOURS: 25 hours per week

THE COMPANY: Our client is a Health Centre, situated within the town of Kirkham, Preston. They provide a wide range of medical services for local people, from one-off problems to longer-term illnesses. They are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team.
THE ROLE: The successful candidate will join a team of 4 GP's, 1 full time Nurse Practitioner and 3 Practice Nurses based at the Health Centre in Kirkham, Preston. Duties will include same day consultations for minor illness and telephone triage.
THE CANDIDATE: The Nurse Practitioner will be able to demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making. You will be friendly, compassionate and an effective communicator and team player. You will share the Health Centre's goal of delivering excellent care to the patients.
