An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Static Security Officer to join our Client, one of the UK's fastest growing security companies. This position is based in Egham. The Security Company was formed in 1993 and operating nationally, they have become one of the largest privately owned companies in the UK within their areas of service expertise. The Company has all the power of a national organisation you would expect but they support their service provision from their network of regional support offices.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced SIA licensed full time Static Security Officer to conduct all aspects of security duties at the large corporate assignment in Egham area.

The Location

Egham is a developing area, with a focus on increasing facilities and the shopping experience. Their client is currently developing a bespoke new home which they will be moving into in June 2017.

Nearest train station: Staines or Egham

Buses: company shuttle bus available from Staines Station to Gartner and reverse

Person Specification

  • At least 3 years' experience in a high end Corporate Environment

Objectives:

  • Excellent communication: verbal, non-verbal

The Role:

Being a member of the Front of House Team will require a team player who is not adverse to "rolling their sleeves up and becoming involved".

The Customer Experience has to start from the first visitor/client of the day and stay consistently focussed until we close the reception area. Effective and professional communication at every interaction is the key to being a success in the role; their established team has grown and continues to do so in line with their client aspirations

Their ideal new team member will have at least 3 years' experience in a high end Corporate Environment and will be dynamic and focussed on supporting their client to create and maintain a best in class integrated work space. Their on assignment Customer Experience has to be remembered for all the right reasons.

The Client Experience starts from the moment their Clients walk through their doors they must be intuitive and innovative, the baseline has to be in line with client expectation but each interaction needs to be managed on its own merits, empathy and friendly to ensure that their guests feel 'welcome' and 'well hosted' for the duration of their visit.

Their interview process will be two stages, Stage 1 with their Front of House Manager and The Site Security Supervisor and Stage 2 with their Regional Director, and a representative from their Client.

What they will offer you:

Your working hours will be full time Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week.

  • Shift pattern: Week 1 - Monday to Friday 06.00 - 14.30 Week 2 - Monday to Friday 14.00 - 22.30. This pattern is subject to change moving forward. Overtime potentially available.
  • In return for this you will receive a salary of £9.90 p/h
