Demonstrator Product Specialist:
Due to the increasing success of Mahindra UK, part of the £12bn Mahindra Group, are seeking additional Demonstrator Products Specialists for their vehicles. Working directly with a regional Customer Consultant the Demonstrator Product Specialist has a vital role in delivering the Mahindra customer experience.

Location:
Home based (Greater London, Milton Keynes & Bristol)
General Duties/Job Role:
• To deliver outstanding levels of customer satisfaction during sales process
• To maximise every vehicle demonstration and delivering an outstanding sales experience
• To daily update/review the online availability diary, making sure the relevant timings and travel required to the demonstration venue is acknowledged
• Attend quarterly coaching and product update meetings with Mahindra UK
• Ability to exploit sales avenue to maximise sales targets
• Ensure you have the latest product knowledge in order to have a clear line of communication with clientele.
• An interest in electric cars is desirable
• Ensure the Mahindra e2o Demonstration vehicle supplied is maintained as per the vehicles routine maintenance schedule
• Ensure all documentation and relevant paperwork are completed as detailed in the company’s sales and admin process
• Work with the Regional Customer Consultant to maximise all test drive bookings and customer prospect opportunities
• Support all customer vehicle handovers in collaboration with the Regional Customer Consultant
• Escalate all matters that require management support in a timely manner to your line leader
• Attend sales/ Marketing events and promotions as required
• At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

Working Hours:
36 hour working week between the times of:
Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00
Sunday 11:00 to 18:00
Bank Holidays 11:00 to 18:00
These hours are the opening times based on a team rota
Contract Benefits/Payments:
Basic Salary: £15,000 & £5,000 OTE & Company Car (e2o)
