Our Croydon service offers support to people living independently in their homes. You will be working as part of a team supporting people with social activities, training, working, shopping, budgeting and personal care.

We are currently recruiting for full time/part time, permanent or casual Support Workers within our supported living services based in Croydon, London.

You will be flexible and willing to work on shifts early, evening and weekend.

We support disabled residents in a person centred environment which encourages personal development, achievement of goals, opportunities to be as independent as possible and access  the local and wider community through an enabling and empowering staff team.

We offer the ideal Support Workers an excellent annual leave allowance (35 days including bank holidays for full time staff), full induction and the opportunity to achieve a health and social care diploma. Experience is desirable but not essential, however you must be able to demonstrate the right  attitude, values and behaviours to make a difference to disabled people’s lives.  We are looking for Support Workers who are responsible, motivated and enthusiastic with clear communication skills.
