Verex Group has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant – Motor Insurance to join the team based in Watford. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary.

Already one of the leading specialist insurance companies, working directly with vehicle manufacturers Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, Suzuki, Kia, Volvo and more to provide premium motor insurance, they are going through a successful growing and exciting time which will certainly continue throughout this year. The company is based in Rickmansworth Hertfordshire, which is the headquarters for the Group with an additional office based in Aztec West Bristol.

Customer Service Consultant – Motor Insurance - The role:

We are looking for Insurance Customer Service Consultants to become an integral part of an expanding and dynamic specialist sales & customer service team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for arranging renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general queries about customer’s existing policies, at the same time promoting additional add on products.

Our ideal Customer Service Consultant – Motor Insurance:

The ideal candidate will certainly have experience in a customer service/ sales focused position, either over the telephone, in a retail or financial environment.  Although general and/or motor insurance experience is not necessary as full and continuous training will be provided, it is naturally an advantage.

As this is a telephone based position it is absolutely essential to have excellent spoken English and solid, confident communication skills.

A mature positive and enthusiastic manner is vitally important both within the team and whilst speaking with customers, and you will naturally have a positive approach and a ‘can do attitude’, going out of your way to provide a first class service to all our customers.

The ability to achieve and exceed performance related targets is a key aspect to the role, along with a very keen eye for accuracy and detail in each & every part of the customer service journey.

PC literacy is essential.
