Due to expansion and retirement, our client is now seeking a Group Head of Purchasing to join their team in Falkirk.

THE ROLE:Our client is seeking a Group Human Resources Manager to join their team in Falkirk. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will take full responsibility for all aspects of HR including recruitment, professional growth, employee engagement and performance management.

• Other HR duties, as required

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the Group Human Resources Manager will hold a CIPD qualification, or equivalent, with previous experience within a similar role. You will have the ability to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator.
