Mechanical Contracts Manager
Southampton
Salary £45,000 to £50,000 + Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday
A respected Southampton M&E contractor who is dedicated to providing a full range of high quality plumbing, heating and electrical services is searching for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager.
The company offer installation and maintenance services on domestic and commercial projects for the public and privates sectors and have a strong track record of working with local authorities and health trusts, as well as many other clients on both new build and refurbishment projects.
Due to continued success they are looking to expand on their existing team by adding an experienced contracts manager to work on the plumbing and heating projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar role and be able to demonstrate prior work taking projects from initial enquiry stage through to completion. Previous estimating & design experience would be an advantage.
Mechanical Contracts Manager - Candidate Attributes
3 years experience in a similar role.
A self-starter.
A strong communicator, both verbal and written
HNC/HND in Mechanical design
Comfortable with the use of Microsoft office
