Do you have agency Support Desk experience? Working on 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support? Our Aylesbury based client is seeking to appoint quality Support Staff to join their team. Working closely with the IT Director, you will support a variety of clients across the country, with problems from email, printer, servers, wifi - everyday is different. You will need to have your own transport as regular site visits, can become the norm, once you have an established customer base. Our client asks for "EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION" skills, as the support you will be giving is mostly telephone based. You need to have a vast experience of working in this environment.
