The main purpose of the role is to schedule works orders in-line with priorities ensuring agreed targets are met through effective distribution and scheduling, taking corrective timely action where necessary rearranging appointments. Whilst also raising works orders and allocateing jobs to appropriate operatives, sub-contractors and partners ensuring maximum performance is maintained at all times and Monitoring changes to the workload and available resources in real time to identify and implement effective action to address these issues as they arise.

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start at the higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
